Who can train at League Bound Sports?

We offer basketball training for youth athletes, competitive players, and adults. Programs range from beginner-level development to elite and VIP training. Each athlete is placed based on age, skill level, and goals.

Do you offer private and group training?

Yes. We offer:

Private one-on-one training

Small group training (3–5 athletes)

Elite youth programs

VIP training packages

This allows us to maintain quality coaching while meeting different training needs.

How long is each training session?

Most training sessions are 60 minutes.

VIP sessions are 90 minutes.

League Bound Elite youth sessions may run longer depending on the program schedule.

Is there a minimum booking requirement?

Yes. Most training programs require a minimum of two sessions booked upfront to ensure proper development and consistency.

How do I book a session?

Sessions can be booked by:

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final. There are no refunds for missed sessions, cancellations, or no-shows.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.

What is League Bound Elite (Youth)?

League Bound Elite is a competitive youth basketball program for boys ages 7–9. The program focuses on fundamentals, teamwork, and structured development, with training leading into games and tournaments.

Do you offer training for adults?

Yes. Our Basketball & Fitness program is designed for adults who want to stay active, improve conditioning, and enjoy basketball as a form of fitness.

Where are you located?

We currently train at two locations. Exact locations and availability will be shared upon booking or inquiry.

What should athletes bring to training?

Athletes should arrive with:
