By booking, renting, or participating in any basketball-related activity with League Bound, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All court bookings must be confirmed through [booking method: message, phone, online form, etc.].

Full payment or required deposit must be made before the scheduled play time unless otherwise agreed.

Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

2. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellations must be made at least [e.g. 24 hours] before the scheduled booking.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment or deposit.

In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling is subject to court availability.

3. COURT USAGE RULES

Proper basketball shoes are required on the court.

No food, drinks (except water), smoking, or alcohol allowed inside the playing area.

Players must respect the court, equipment, staff, and other players at all times.

Any damage to the court or equipment caused by negligence will be charged to the responsible individual or group.

4. PLAYER CONDUCT

Unsportsmanlike behavior, fighting, verbal abuse, or physical altercations will not be tolerated.

Management reserves the right to remove any player or group without refund if rules are violated.

Players must follow the instructions of court staff and referees (if applicable).

5. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in basketball activities involves risk of injury.

League Bound is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during use of the facility.

Players participate at their own risk and are advised to ensure they are physically fit to play.

6. MINORS

Players under [age, e.g. 18] must have parent or guardian consent to play.

Management is not responsible for supervision of minors unless explicitly stated.

7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please secure your personal items at all times.

8. CHANGES & TERMINATION
